Nike publishes 2020 Impact Report, sets new targets for 2025

 In 2020, in line with its sustainable commitments, Nike launched its Supplier Climate Action Program, which seeks to promote carbon reductions at its material and finished goods manufacturers. And, according to its Impact Report, the Beaverton, Oregon-based sportswear group has already seen solid progress in its supply chain. The company currently uses 100% renewable energy in its owned and operated facilities in the U.S. and Canada, while its textile dyeing and finishing suppliers have reduced their freshwater usage by 30%, a decrease which significantly exceeds Nike’s target for 2020.
